We highly recommend the use of a shipping method such as UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. We cannot be held responsible for your returned package unless you have obtained proof that it was delivered to us per tracking. Transportation of the product on return to Royal Distributors Ltd. Co. is the responsibility of the purchaser.
